Cancelling an Order or Transaction

 

You have 30 minutes to cancel an order after placing it using Pay with Amazon. Please do the following to cancel an order within 30 minutes:

  1. Go to the Pay with Amazon website at https://paywithamazon.amazon.in
  2. Click the Account Settings link at the top of the website, and sign in when prompted.
  3. On the Overview page, click on the Order ID which you wish to cancel.
  4. On the order summary page, click Need to cancel this order and on the subsequent page, click Cancel Order.

After 30 minutes, please contact the seller directly and take note of the following:

  • Some sellers begin processing orders almost as soon as they are placed, so it's not possible to cancel or change an order via your Pay with Amazon account after the first 30 minutes.
  • However, sellers may be able to make changes if they haven't yet dispatched your order, so please contact your seller if you want to change or cancel your order. If the order has already been charged for, sellers can initiate refunds.
  • Remember we cannot cancel or change an order on your behalf and we can't refund you for purchases. If you e-mail us for these reasons, we'll ask you to contact your seller, by which time they may have already dispatched the item to you.

To contact the seller you can do the following:

  1. Go to the Pay with Amazon website at https://paywithamazon.amazon.in
  2. Click the Account Settings link at the top of the website, and sign in when prompted.
  3. In the Overview page, click on the Order ID of the order for which you wish to contact the seller.
  4. On the order summary page, click the Contact Seller button.
Once a charge on your card has been made, it cannot be cancelled, but if you wish to ask for a refund (that is, if you don’t receive an item, or an item materially differs from its description) then you may contact the seller to resolve the issue. Sellers can issue refunds via Pay with Amazon as needed.
