Are there any restrictions on the goods and services I can offer using Amazon Pay?

You can use Amazon Pay to process payments for a large variety of physical goods, digital goods or services except for a few prohibited item categories. Please review the Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited uses.

Which countries does Amazon Pay support?

Amazon Pay is currently available only for merchants in India.

Are buyers required to have an Amazon Account to purchase using Amazon Pay?

Yes. Amazon Pay uses information that buyers have stored in their Amazon Accounts. We provide a way for buyers to create an Amazon account during the purchase flow if they don't already have one.

Can I still offer my current payment methods?

Yes. You can add Amazon Pay as an additional payment method on your shopping cart page (and on your product detail pages, if you so choose).

What forms of payment does Amazon Pay accept?

    The following payment methods are accepted by Amazon Pay in India:

  • Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and Debit cards (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Net Banking accounts and
  • EMI

Where can buyers view their Amazon Pay transactions?

Buyers can see the status of their Amazon Pay transactions by signing in to their account on the Amazon Pay website

Can buyers see their Amazon Pay transactions from the Amazon site?

No. Buyers can only view their Amazon Pay transactions on the Amazon Pay website.
